Typically the process of renting accommodation will involve the following steps:

Registration: by registering with Drakesfield you will be regularly notified of suitable accommodation.
Viewing: if you are interested in finding out more about a given property contact Drakesfield by email enquiries@drakesfield.co.uk or telephone 020 8715 9444 to arrange viewing.
Tenancy Agreement: once you have found the right property a contract will be drawn up by Drakesfield.
Inventory: if the property is furnished then an inventory list will be provided to confirm the assets within the property.
Rent & Deposit: Typically Drakesfield will require the first month's rent and a deposit (subject to references).
