Drakesfield have advised on the purchase of over 100 investment properties within the last 5 years. This investment has been focused primarily within London, representing a total capital value in excess of £30 million.

Our role is to identify investment opportunities for our clients. These can be in the form of:  prime, secondary or tertiary retail units, residential blocks, office premises, industrial units or development land.

The key stages related to property investment are as follows:

Our fees for this service are:

Purchase price below £250K   2% of purchase price
Purchase price between £250K & £2M   1% of purchase price
Purchase price above £2M   Negotiable

In March 1998 Drakesfield purchased a large residential/ commercial freehold block in Mitcham Surrey, through Allsop auction. The deal was done on 75%:25% debt:equity basis. Planning consent granted for 8 additional flats in Sept 2006..
